Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item. **For clarity, receiving an incorrect item is considered a condition where the order has not been fulfilled as intended and falls under our return policy.**

Please notify us at mylenearte@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos showing the issue.

📦 **Return Conditions:**
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed by us.

💳 **Refund Process:**
Once the returned item is received and verified, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.

✂️ **Cancellations:**
Orders may be cancelled or modified before shipment. Once tracking is issued, the order becomes final and cannot be cancelled or refunded unless defective.

🔁 **Exchanges:**
If the artwork is damaged or incorrect, an exchange may be arranged depending on availability.
